I’m on a collage rampage

Hello, all!

With the new season approaching, I’ve been inspired to change up a few things in my room.  First: wall decor.  On tumblr, I’m constantly seeing various types of collages, wether it be in a frame, on a desktop background, or on a wall.  I’ve always been a little unsure of using tonnes of masking tape to tack up pictures on my poor painted walls, however, I recently found Removable Mounting Squares by Scotch Tape, and they are my new heaven sent.  I will be embarking on a new project of my own; here’s my inspiration…

And, here’s the beginning to my very own.

I will update you when it starts coming along, which I’m sure won’t be too long!  I will also take this time to apologize for my absence, which has become a pretty regular thing–I’m well aware.  I am hoping to get a new video up soon (any ideas?).  Happy almost-spring!

Wednesday Update

Hello!

I’m aware I’m always apologizing for my absence, but January has been absolutely hectic.  I have been sick and studying for the end of semester exams, but will have a video uploaded very soon!  I hope you all are doing well and surviving the weather (depending on where you live.  If you’re in Australia right now, oh, how I envy you).  For now, I leave you with a video that had my cheeks in pain from laughter…

Questionable Insomnia, 2014, and the Avalanche in My Backyard

Hiiii,

Happy 2014!  I thought I’d just write for this post…to be honest, I haven’t done that in a while!

So, as I type, it is approximately 9AM on a Monday morning.  School is out due to the Arctic like conditions outside, and I am awake.  Yes.  Awake on a Monday morning when I could be sleeping in.  And the funny thing is, I haven’t even slept yet.  I have tossed and turned, played music, and laid in silence, went on my computer…and now I’ve concluded that I have insomnia, and a blog post and video editing is the solution.  Delirious Olivia at her finest…

Anyways, here are a few pictures that I’ve taken over the past while of my backyard.  Loving this new camera!

A Christmas Manicure

The other day I completed my Christmas nails for the year, and thought I’d share them.  I adore this new trend–half moon–and figured it’d be fun to try the style with Christmas colours and glitter.

After 3.5 years…

…I made a YouTube video!

Yes, I actually did it.  *music starts playing* *triumphant fist pump* *single tear rolls down cheek*

 

Thank you so much for your understanding, but I now, from this day, promise to keep (at least) my channel updated frequently.  I will be making a Twitter account, as well as talking on here occasionally.  I also apologize it was a day later than I said it would be, but there were many technical difficulties endured last night that I will not even begin to speak about.
